نقش عدالت سازمانی ادراک‌شده در پیش‌بینی مشارکت معلمان در توسعه حرفه‌ای خودراهبر: مطالعه معلمان دوره ابتدائی غرب مازندران در سال ۱۴۰۴

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش عدالت سازمانی ادراک‌شده در پیش‌بینی مشارکت معلمان در توسعه حرفه‌ای خودراهبر انجام شد. روش تحقیق توصیفی ـ همبستگی بود و جامعه آماری شامل معلمان دوره ابتدایی غرب مازندران در سال ۱۴۰۴ بود که ۲۵۰ نفر از آنان با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای متناسب انتخاب شدند. داده‌های مربوط به سنجش عدالت سازمانی ادراک‌شده توسط مقیاس کالکویت و داده‌های مربوط به مشارکت معلمان در توسعه حرفه‌ای خودراهبر به‌وسیله مقیاس آمادگی برای یادگیری خودراهبر معلمان متعلق به فیشر و همکاران گردآوری و با آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تمامی ابعاد عدالت سازمانی با توسعه حرفه‌ای خودراهبر رابطه مثبت و معنادار داشتند و مدل رگرسیونی توانست ۲۳ درصد از واریانس رفتار حرفه‌ای خودراهبرانه معلمان را تبیین کند. در میان ابعاد عدالت، عدالت بین‌فردی و عدالت رویه‌ای قوی‌ترین نقش را در پیش‌بینی مشارکت حرفه‌ای ایفا کردند. یافته‌ها بر اهمیت تعاملات عادلانه، شفافیت رویه‌ها و کیفیت ارتباطات انسانی در ارتقای یادگیری خودراهبرانه معلمان تأکید داشت و دلالت‌هایی کاربردی برای مدیریت آموزشی ارائه می‌دهد.
