پژوهشی کیفی در نقش تعارضات و چالش‌های ساختاری بر آسیب‌های اخلاقی در میان معلمان شهرستان چالوس

چکیده
مفهوم آسیب اخلاقی، اهمیت زیادی در حوزه چالش‌های اخلاقی و عاطفی معلمان یافته است. این پژوهش به بررسی این مفهوم در حرفه معلمی و ویژگی‌ها و پیامدهای آن می‌پردازد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر رویکرد کیفی بود. داده‌های کیفی از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته از 21 معلم مقاطع ابتدایی و متوسطه در شهر چالوس گردآوری و به شیوه تحلیل محتوای مضمونی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. از شرکت کنندگان خواسته شد تا تجربه خود از آسیب‌های اخلاقی را بیان نمایند. در نهایت، پس از تحلیل داده‌ها، تعارض اخلاقی، عدم حمایت مدیران، محدودیت‌های سازمانی، کمبود منابع و فقدان عدالت به عنوان مضمون‌های اصلی شکل دهنده آسیب اخلاقی شناسایی شدند. از دید معلمان، این شرایط اثربخشی و بهزیستی حرفه‌ای آنان را تضعیف می‌کنند. این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که آسیب اخلاقی ذاتاً نظام‌مند است و بنیان‌های سازمانی و اجتماعی دارد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که آگاهی از آسیب‌های روحی و توزیع عادلانه منابع در مواجهه با این چالش موثر است. پیشنهاد می‌شود که دوره‌های تربیت معلم برای رشد تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی و کمک به تاب‌آوری معلمان طراحی گردد.
