چالش‌های اخلاقی در مدیریت آموزشی در عصر فناوری: تلاقی بین رهبری و مسئولیت‌پذیری دیجیتال

چکیده
تحول دیجیتال در نظام‌های آموزشی معاصر، چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های متعددی را برای مدیران آموزشی رقم زده است. یکی از مهم‌ترین این چالش‌های مطرح شده عبارت است از مسائل اخلاقی ناشی از به‌کارگیری گسترده فناوری در محیط‌های آموزشی که به‌ویژه در تلاقی میان رهبری آموزشی و مسئولیت‌پذیری دیجیتال نمود پیدا می‌کند. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی پدیدارشناسانه و استفاده از مصاحبه‌های عمیق نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۱۲ نفر از مدیران مدارس دولتی و غیردولتی، به شناسایی ابعاد گوناگون چالش‌های اخلاقی در مدیریت آموزشی در عصر فناوری پرداخته است. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA صورت گرفته است و نتایج نشان می‌دهد که مهم‌ترین چالش‌های اخلاقی شامل حفظ حریم خصوصی داده‌های دانش‌آموزان و معلمان، نابرابری در دسترسی به ابزارهای دیجیتال، سوگیری‌های پنهان در الگوریتم‌های آموزشی، استفاده ابزاری از داده‌ها، و آثار روان‌شناختی فناوری بر کنشگران آموزشی است. شرکت‌کنندگان بر ضرورت تدوین چارچوب‌های اخلاقی مشخص، افزایش سواد دیجیتال مدیران، و نهادینه‌سازی فرهنگ پاسخگویی دیجیتال تأکید داشتند. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که رهبری آموزشی در عصر فناوری نیازمند تلفیق دانش فناورانه با بینش اخلاقی، مهارت‌های سیاست‌گذاری، و توانمندی در تصمیم‌گیری شفاف است. این مطالعه با ارائه راهکارهایی برای سیاست‌گذاران آموزشی، مدیران، و نهادهای ناظر، می‌کوشد به ارتقای حکمرانی اخلاق‌محور در نظام آموزشی دیجیتال کمک کند.
