رفتار دانش‌آموزان در مدارس استثنایی: تاثیر آموزش پروژه محور بر دانش‌آموزان مبتلا به اختلال رفتاری و فرسودگی حرفه‌ای معلمان

چکیده
تدریس در مدارس استثنایی، به ویژه با دانش‌آموزان مبتلا به اختلالات رفتاری کاری دشوار و پرچالش است که منجر به فرسودگی حرفه‌ای معلمان می‌گردد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر آموزش پروژه‌محور بر رفتار دانش‌آموزان مذکور و در پی آن، بر فرسودگی حرفه‌ای معلمان می‌باشد. به این منظور چهار دانش‌آموز مبتلا به اختلالات رفتاری، یک معلم و یک دستیار معلم در یکی از مدارس استثنایی شهر تهران، به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب شده و در یک مداخله آموزشی پروژه‌محور شرکت نمودند. ابزار گرداوری داده‌ها، کاربرگ گزارش روزانه رفتار و یک پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی بود. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل‌ها نشان دادند که آموزش به شیوه انجام پروژه نه تنها عملکرد رفتاری دانش‌آموزان را به طرز چشمگیری بهبود بخشیده است، بلکه موجب کاهش فرسودگی حرفه‌ای و افزایش رضایت شغلی معلمان نیز شده است. لذا، بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، می‌توان اظهار داشت که استفاده از آموزش پروژه‌محور به عنوان جایگزینی برای تدریس سنتی و معلم‌محور، قابلیت و ظرفیت حمایت از رفتار اجتماعی سازنده دانش‌آموزان مبتلا به اختلال رفتاری را دارد و می‌تواند بر رضایت شغلی معلمان نیز اثرات مثبتی به جای بگذارد.
