توسعه الگوی بومی ارزشیابی اثربخشی TOTADO: مطالعه‌ای در محیط سازمان‌های ایرانی

چکیده
هدف این پژوهش بومی‌سازی مدل ارزشیابی اثربخشی TOTADO است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ نوع و نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع کیفی محسوب می‌شود. جامعه پژوهش شامل متخصصین حوزه ارزشیابی اثربخشی آموزش سازمانی بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به شیوه گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته جمع‌آوری شدند و در نهایت، اشباع نظری در مصاحبه دهم حاصل گردید. سوالات مصاحبه بر اساس تکنیک‌های STAR و 5W1H طراحی شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های کیفی با استفاده از روش کدگذاری تحلیل محتوای کیفی در چهار مرحله کدگذاری، خرده‌مقوله، مقوله و تم صورت گرفت. به منظور اعتبارسنجی داده‌ها و اطمینان از دقت یافته‌ها، از شیوه بررسی همکار استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مدل بومی شده TOTADO دارای سه سطح است: سطح فردی، سطح تیمی و سطح بازگشت انتظارات. مقوله‌ها و خرده‌مقوله‌های سطح فردی شامل شایستگی، عملکرد و ویژگی‌های روان‌شناختی می‌باشد. در سطح تیمی، مقوله‌های روابط بین فردی و هم‌افزایی گروهی مدنظر قرار گرفت. در سطح بازگشت انتظارات نیز، مقوله‌ها شامل برآورده شدن انتظارات سازمانی و برآورده شدن انتظارات فراسازمانی می‌باشد.
