تحلیل نقش سواد داده‌ای معلمان در ارتقای کیفیت تصمیم‌گیری آموزشی و طراحی درس در مدارس ابتدائی مناطق شهری شهرستانهای نوشهر، چالوس و کلاردشت

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل نقش سواد داده‌ای معلمان در ارتقای کیفیت تصمیم‌گیری آموزشی و طراحی درس در مدارس ابتدایی مناطق شهری شهرستان‌های نوشهر، چالوس، و کلاردشت انجام شد. این مطالعه از نظر روش‌شناسی، توصیفی–همبستگی و با رویکرد کمی اجرا شد. جامعه آماری شامل معلمان ابتدایی این مناطق بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد سواد داده‌ای، تصمیم‌گیری آموزشی و طراحی درس استفاده شد. پس از تأیید روایی و پایایی ابزارها، داده‌ها با استفاده از همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندگانه و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد سواد داده‌ای رابطه مثبت و معناداری با تصمیم‌گیری آموزشی و طراحی درس دارد. ضرایب رگرسیونی بیانگر آن بود که سواد داده‌ای حدود یک‌سوم از واریانس این دو متغیر را تبیین می‌کند. همچنین در مدل ساختاری، اثر مستقیم سواد داده‌ای بر تصمیم‌گیری آموزشی (51/0) و طراحی درس (59/0) در سطح 001/0 p < معنادار بود. شاخص‌های برازش نیز مطلوب گزارش شد. یافته‌ها اهمیت سواد داده‌ای را به‌عنوان عاملی اساسی در بهبود کارکردهای آموزشی معلمان تأیید می‌کند.
