تاثیر خودکارآمدی معلمان بر اشتیاق به آموزش تفکیکی در مدارس ابتدایی

چکیده
مقاله‌ی حاضر به بررسی تاثیر خودکارآمدی معلمین بر اشتیاق آن‌ها به آموزش تفکیکی در مدارس ابتدایی می‌پردازد. خودکارآمدی معلمین به عنوان یکی از عوامل کلیدی در بهبود کیفیت تدریس و انگیزش شغلی در نظر گرفته می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل ارتباط بین خودکارآمدی معلمین و اشتیاق آن‌ها به استفاده از روش‌های آموزشی تفکیکی در مدارس ابتدایی طراحی شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که خودکارآمدی بالاتر معلمان با افزایش تمایل آن‌ها به استفاده از شیوه‌های تفکیکی و در نتیجه ارتقاء عملکرد دانش‌آموزان مرتبط است. این مطالعه نشان می دهد که خودکارآمدی معلمان به طور قابل توجهی بر توانایی آن‌ها در مدیریت رفتارهای کلاس درس و اعمال استراتژی های آموزشی متنوع تأثیر می گذارد. نتایج همچنین نشان می‌دهد که معلمان زن و معلمان مدارس خصوصی در مقایسه با معلمان مرد و کسانی که در مدارس دولتی کار می‌کنند، مشتاق‌تر به استفاده از آموزش‌های متفاوت هستند. این یافته ها اهمیت تقویت خودکارآمدی معلمان را به عنوان وسیله ای برای افزایش اثربخشی آموزش متمایز و بهبود رضایت شغلی برجسته می کند. این مقاله با ارائه مدل‌های تئوریک و شواهد تجربی، اهمیت پرورش خودکارآمدی در معلمان به عنوان راهی برای بهبود فرآیند آموزشی و افزایش رضایت شغلی آنان را مورد تأکید قرار می‌دهد.
